You may now search the databases without worrying about the time spent because you will be billed only for the decisions selected. Carry out your searches and use the key words to decide which documents you wish to download. These key words relate to the entries in our classification scheme.

A billing module has been integrated into the program in order to keep track of your transactions. The statement you will receive for each billing period will detail the cost of the searches you carry out.

Our rates are based on the documents consulted during a search. Therefore, you will be billed only for the decisions you select. In order to offer search results adapted to the needs of our various clients, we provide several options for downloading decisions.

You must first select the type of document you wish to download, then choose from among the Résumé (summary), Références Plus [ which includes names of parties, jurisdiction, publication references, indexing and appeal status of the selected decision], or the Liste complète : parties et références (complete list: parties and references). You may also decide to use Texte intégral accès instantané (instant access to the Full Text) of the decision you are interested in, if available.
